Ingredients

  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tbsp. Milk
  • 3 tbsp. Cold butter cubed
  • 12 oz. Melted chocolate white milk, or dark
  • Any toppings you want nuts sprinkles, etc.

Instructions

  • To a food processor, combine AP flour, sugar, salt, milk, and cold butter. Pulse until well combined and a dough is formed. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to 1/8 in. or about 3 mm. thick. Store back in the fridge to firm up, around 5-10 minutes.
  • Cut off the rough edges of the dough to create an even rectangle. Slice into even 1/8 in. or 3 mm. thick sticks. Separate on a baking sheet to allow even cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake cookies for 7 minutes, rotate, and another 5-7 minutes. They should be golden brown in color. Cool on a wire rack.
  • Melt your preferred chocolate in the microwave or on a double boiler. Mix in any colorings/flavors as desired.
  • Set up your dipping station with the melted chocolates and toppings. Dip cookies into melted chocolate leaving 1 inch of the cookie undipped. Add on your toppings before the chocolate hardens.
  • Chill in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set and enjoy!
