Gochujang is one of my favorite ingredients to work with. If you're unfamiliar with gochujang, it's a fermented Korean chili paste that's spicy, savory, and slightly sweet. It's a super versatile ingredient and makes a great pasta sauce base!

Ingredients
2Garlic Cloves minced
2tbsp.Sun-dried Tomatoes
2tbsp.Gochujang Paste Korean chili paste
1tbsp.Tomato Paste
1/2cupHeavy Cream
1/2cupPasta Water
3cupsPasta of choice
Parmesan Cheese to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Reserve pasta water.
Into a saute pan, add some oil from the sundried tomatoes and minced garlic. Sweat until fragrant.
Add in sun-dried tomatoes, gochujang paste and tomato paste. Caramelize for 2-3 minutes.
Add in heavy cream and pasta water. Mix until well-combined and emulsified.
Toss in cooked pasta, adding more pasta water if needed.
